“I am 80% less crabby today cause all I needed was my hair done”- me outloud today at 821 west salon. I have been going to Nicole for years and can’t say enough about her, she somehow knows exactly what I want my hair to look like even if I can’t articulate what I want. The salon is fabulous, Nicole, Hannah and Ally are all amazing at what they do. Ally has recently been cutting my hair after Nicole’s color and her cuts are perfection! The salon is beautiful, they are always welcoming and warm. 10/10 would recommending to anyone in the Chicago area! 🤍💖
